The E71T-1 is a titanium-type, CO2 gas-shielded flux-cored wire delivering exceptional welding performance. It produces a soft, stable arc with minimal spatter and easy slag removal, resulting in a clean, aesthetically pleasing weld bead. Excellent for all-position welding, including vertical-down, it offers good low-temperature toughness and crack resistance, ensuring reliable, high-quality results.

Working Principle
This wire operates on the CO2 gas-shielded welding (GMAW) principle. The electric arc melts the wire and the base metal, while the CO2 gas forms a protective shield that prevents atmospheric contamination of the molten weld pool. Simultaneously, the flux core within the wire decomposes, providing additional deoxidization, stabilizing the arc, and forming a slag cover that protects the solidifying weld metal and facilitates easy cleaning.
