Working Principle
During plasma cutting, the electrode initiates and sustains the plasma arc, while the nozzle constricts and focuses the arc as plasma gas is ionised and heated to extremely high temperatures. The resulting high-velocity plasma jet melts the metal and blows away the molten material, producing a precise and efficient cut.
