The premium, thick-gauge hafnium wire imported from the U.S. enables fast cutting speeds and clean, precise cuts. Working Principle

During plasma cutting, the electrode initiates and sustains the plasma arc, while the nozzle constricts and focuses the arc as plasma gas is ionised and heated to extremely high temperatures. The resulting high-velocity plasma jet melts the metal and blows away the molten material, producing a precise and efficient cut. The Weldynasty P80 electrode and nozzle are designed to optimise arc stability, energy distribution, and gas flow, helping improve cutting efficiency and cut quality.
