Note: Different orifice diameters correspond to different working currents and cutting thicknesses. Select the appropriate specification based on your actual cutting requirements.
Applications
The Weldynasty P80 nozzle is primarily used for plasma cutting and welding, suitable for various materials such as scrap iron, aluminium, and copper.
Industrial Applications: Industrial production, construction, automobile manufacturing, and other fields.
Repair & Modification: Home repairs, equipment modification, metalworking, and other scenarios.
Working Principle
During plasma cutting, the electrode initiates and sustains the plasma arc, while the nozzle constricts and focuses the arc as plasma gas is ionised and heated to extremely high temperatures. The resulting high-velocity plasma jet melts the metal and blows away the molten material, producing a precise and efficient cut. The Weldynasty P80 electrode and nozzle are designed to optimise arc stability, energy distribution, and gas flow, helping improve cutting efficiency and cut quality.
