Product Features
2% silver-containing copper-phosphorus brazing rod. Lower melting temperature, better fluidity and wettability than silver-free phosphorus-copper solder. Self-fluxing for pure copper torch brazing, bright joint appearance, excellent gap-filling capacity and improved joint ductility.
Advantages
With 2% silver additive for lower brazing temperature. Superior capillary penetration for narrow gaps. Better ductility compared with silver-free copper-phosphorus alloys, withstand slight vibration. No flux required for pure copper welding. Nice weld appearance to reduce rework.
Applications
Copper tubes and compressor fittings for air-conditioning & refrigeration; copper and brass pipelines, plumbing valves; copper parts for motors and instruments. Suitable for copper joints under slight vibration. Flux is mandatory for brass brazing.
