Product Features
Silver-free copper-phosphorus brazing rod, grade BCu93P (HL201 / BCuP-2). Melting range 710-820°C. Self-fluxing for pure copper brazing, no extra flux required. Good melt fluidity and wettability, excellent gap-filling performance, bright and clean brazed joint, suitable for torch brazing.

Advantages
Silver-free, cost-effective. No flux needed for pure copper brazing, simplify operation. Excellent fluidity for fine capillary gaps. Good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance for joints. Stable processing performance, low oxidation risk in storage. Not recommended for joints under impact or vibration load LINBRAZE.
