Product Features
Silver-free flat copper-phosphorus brazing rod, grade BCu93P(HL201/BCuP-2). Melting range 710-820℃. Self-fluxing for pure copper brazing, no extra flux required. Flat shape for fast melting, excellent wettability and gap-filling capacity, bright clean brazed joint, suitable for torch brazing.

Advantages
Silver-free, cost-effective. Flat cross-section for fast melting and higher welding efficiency. No flux needed for copper brazing, simplify operation. Good fluidity for fine gaps. Joint with good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Not suitable for joints under impact or vibration load.

Applications Brazing for copper tubes in air‑conditioning and refrigeration equipment; copper & brass pipes and fittings; copper components for plumbing, motors and instruments; installation and repair of copper pipeline equipment. Flux must be used when brazing brass.
