YD888Ni is a high-chromium alloy welding wire primarily used for wear-resistant surface overlay welding. The following is a detailed introduction:
    • Performance characteristics: Based on high-chromium steel, a large amount of borides are added, resulting in high hardness. The hardness after welding can reach HRC60-65, with excellent wear resistance, as well as good corrosion resistance and crack resistance.
• Product specifications: Common wire diameters are 1.2mm and 1.6mm, with packaging typically at 15 kilograms per box.
    • Application Scope: Suitable for repairing mining components subjected to severe wear, such as rotary machine drive shafts, as well as for overlay welding of components like power plant fan blades, rotary tiller blades, brick machine spiral shafts, and charcoal machine spiral shafts. It is also applicable for wear-resistant overlay welding in various types of crushers, such as abrasive roller mills and double-tooth roller crushers.
